Wave Crest Academy Summer Hours and Dates

General Daily Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Summer Dates: June 1st - July 24th
Summer Holidays: Fri, July 3rd (SCHOOL CLOSED)
School Closed: May 16th - May 31st

Wave Crest Academy offers Flexible Drop-off/Pick-up
Daily Curriculum: Every Day Activities Include a STEAM Component
Monday: Introduction to a New Artist! Learn their history and create art inspired by them!
Tuesday: Visit Eau Gallie Library or Ballard Park! Read books, play at the park, and fish off the pier!
Wednesday: Weekly Field Trip! See tentative locations below!
Thursday: Spanish Class with Mr. Aldrin! Learn new words and sentences in another language!
Friday: Friday Funday! Featuring Wave Crest's Bounce House!

Summer Camp Field Trip Schedule 2026

Times are estimated and locations may change due to weather

Students will return to campus to eat their own food from home for lunch unless otherwise indicated

June 5th 9:40am-12:30pm - Field of Dreams Park (Lunch at Park, please pack cold lunch)
June 10th 9:30-11:30am - *Movie at Oaks Theater “How to Train Your Dragon”
June 12th 9:45-11:15am - 360 Pottery Studio
June 17th 9:30-11:15am - Cox Farm (view/feed farm animals)
June 19th 9:45-11:30am - Cocoa Museum of Natural History
June 24th 9:30-11:30am - *Movie at Oaks Theater “Sing”
June 26th 9:30-11:45am - Paradise Beach (Swimming included)
July 1st 9:30-11:30am - *Movie at Oaks Theater “Trolls”
July 3rd CAMP CLOSED (Federal Holiday)
July 8th 9:30-11:30am - *Movie at Oaks Theater “Sonic 3”
July 10th 10:00am-12:00pm - Sea Turtle Sanctuary & Beach Clean Up (NO Swimming)
July 15th 9:30-11:30am - *Movie at Oaks Theater “Minecraft”
July 17th 10:00-11:45am - Incredible Pets then McDonalds (Ice Cream or Apples ONLY provided by WCA)
July 22nd 9:30-11:30am - *Movie at Oaks Theater “Iron Giant”
July 24th 10:00am-12:00pm - Urban Air Trampoline Park
*Wave Crest will provide Child Size Drink & Popcorn at Oaks Theater
Please DO NOT send extra money for food during field trips!
If your child will not enjoy a field trip contact us! Teachers will be present at the school with students who prefer to stay

Payment & Fees

Weekly Tuition: Starts at $99 per Student
Weekly Materials/Field Trips Fees: $25 per Student
Weekly Siblings Discount: $118 per Student (Total including all tuition & fees)
Weekly Specialized Staff Fee: $250 per Student (If a student requires additional specialized staff. Non-verbal, potty training, etc.) Contact Wave Crest if applicable.
